Phase 1: Design Consultation.

Lets have a chat about your project. Getting to know you and your project is important to me. Chat about your ideas and any requirements you need for your space and how I can help you. From this I prepare a proposal which outlines the brief and costings for the project.

'Lets make the space look great'

Phase 2: The design Concept.

This is where the fun and creativity starts. After our consultation I will go away and prepare a concept design, this will involve sketches, mood imagery, initial layouts and a 3D visual showing the space. I will provide a small presentation setting a new style design and personality for your space.

'Finalising the design'

Design Development.

Feedback is important for the project to nurish and grow. This is where we discuss any small changes / revisions that you would like to be involved in the project.
Ill finalise all planning (layout), final visuals and provide the chosen materials and lighting that will be in the scheme.  A comprehensive pack will be provided to you showing all of this.  

'Lets start making this real'

Phase 3: Developed Design 

Once all is agreed with the design concept, a detailed design package is completed, this will show all the layout plans, elevations, joinery details and schedule showing all Furniture fittings and lighting. This will be given to you as as a pack/ document. This pack can be given to your builder and other building consultants. 
This is also where we may need to liase with local authorities ie. Planning or landlord approvals.
However if preferred, I can work with your appointed consultant and contractors to ensure we have full design integrity is implemented.

'Project Co-ordination'

Phase 4: construction

I can oversea the construction phase with regular site visits, checking in with suppliers and building consultants. These visits and liasing with the consultants are important. If there are any design issues on site its important that the design problem can be resolved quickly and efficiently to keep the construction running smoothly so we remain on schedule with the project completion and on budget.
